The house is on solar power, sleeps 8 - people and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 ensuite. 3 rooms have queen beds and 2 ensuites, and 1 bedroom has single beds. There is a laundry in the Garage, a big scullery, a fully equipped kitchen with state of the art coffee machine, smeg gas stove and oven, Swan wine fridge, and appliances. Double-door Samsung Fridge/Freezer. Microwave. There is an open flow from the kitchen to the dining room and braai area, with windows that are fully open on all sides to allow flow to the beach. There is a pool, patio, and deck going straight to the beach. Outside shower. Indoor fireplace in the living room. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs and the main bedroom is upstairs with private balcony en-suite bathroom and coffee/wine station.
Alarm system is installed as well as WiFi and Netflix on Television.
